The Firebird is a ship in the comfort class category, was completely renovated in 2019 and, with its 32 meters in length, has space for a maximum of 16 divers in 8 cabins . The ship is therefore also perfect for groups.

In terms of construction style, it can be said that the ship was built by divers for divers.
Special attention was paid to the diving and outdoor areas during construction. The dive deck and platform are very spacious.

With the Firebird, both the diving experience and safety are paramount. 

CABINS

    The bunk beds in the cabins have been installed at right angles to the direction of travel, which can be an advantage for guests who are prone to seasickness. The beds are 2.35 m long and 1 m wide and are therefore quite large.
    The cabins all have their own bathroom with shower & WC and air conditioning.

EQUIPMENT

  • Salon: The air-conditioned salon is equipped with seating areas as well as TV, DVD & Bluetooth speakers & W-LAN. This is also where the delicious buffet meals are served.
  • Sun deck: The spacious, comfortable sun decks with their cozy lounge design invite you to relax and have partially shaded areas. 

CULINARY

  • As on its sister ship, the Thunderbird, the Firebird's chef leaves no culinary wish unfulfilled and spoils guests with international and local cuisine.

When building the Firebird, special attention was paid to the diving and outdoor areas. The dive deck and platform are very spacious.

The Firebird 's experienced boat crew and dive guides are always on hand to help and advise divers. The guides look forward to exploring the intact reefs of the fascinating underwater world of the Red Sea with their divers. The splendid colors by day and night are unique and just waiting to be discovered!

Northern safari - wreck tour
Start and end is in Hurghada. On this safari we visit reefs and well-known wrecks that lie north of Hurghada. Ras Mohamed can be included in the routing. Travel distance approx. 200 km.

Here are some examples of dive sites that can be visited on this safari:
Abu Nuhas with the wrecks Giannis D., Carnatic, Chrisoula K. and the Kimon M., Gubal Island with the wreck Ulysses and The Barge wreck of the Rosalie Moller, wreck of the Thistlegorm, Beacon Reef with the wreck of the Dunraven, Bluff Point, Siyul, Umm Gamar,...

Hurghada - Safaga
Start and end is in Hurghada. The tour starts in a northerly direction and
then heads south to Safaga. The "Salem Express" wreck is not visited on this routing. The route is approx. 300 km.

Brother Islands

Brother Islands - Wrecks
Start and end is in Hurghada, the tour can also start in Hurghada and end in Port Ghaleb or vice versa. On this safari the Brother Islands are visited as well as some wrecks in the north of Hurghada. Driving distance approx. 400 km.
