It's all by itself in the Indian Ocean – not part of an atoll – so there are no nearby islands. This means the coast meets the open ocean directly here.

You'll pretty much encounter majestic Tiger Sharks on every single dive!
This place is home to the world's largest known population of Tiger Sharks, plus it's the only known mating spot for both Tiger and Thresher Sharks!
You might also get to meet grey reef sharks, barracudas, whale sharks, hammerhead sharks, Mola Molas, oceanic whitetip sharks, and mantas.
Because of its amazing variety of species, the island has been declared a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve.

Our partner opened the DivePoint Fuvahmulah dive center in January 2021, and it's one of the very few centers in the Maldives that's 'Green Fin' certified.
Guided Dives
If you're a certified diver, you can join our daily boat dives. These dives happen in small groups, usually in the morning and afternoon.
In the mornings, you can do two dives at two different dive sites, and in the afternoon, there's another boat dive available.
Our experienced guides will tell you beforehand what to expect on your planned dive, what to look out for, and any local conditions you should be aware of.
Dive Courses in the Maldives
With training tailored just for you, you'll gain the skills and experience you need to feel safe and comfortable underwater.
From beginners to certified divers, there's something for everyone: Basic Diver, Open Water Diver, Advanced Diver, or even specialty courses like deep diving, night diving, limited visibility diving, plus training on waves, tides and currents, underwater videography & photography, and even DPV/scooter diving are all available.
For experienced divers, there's also the chance to complete training to become a Dive Guide, Divemaster, or even an Instructor.
Seabob
Learn how to dive with an underwater scooter! This dive will give you all the knowledge and skills you need to safely plan and carry out dives using underwater scooters.
You'll learn the special precautions for using DPVs, how to communicate with your buddy, and how to properly check your gear. These new experiences will help you feel safe and comfortable on your dives.
Equipment Rental
The dive center is equipped with high-quality rental gear and is a MARES sales partner in the Maldives. So, you can also happily buy your own equipment here during your Maldives vacation and try it out right away!
