Here are a few route descriptions:
North & Wrecks
This is probably the most classic of all liveaboard tours offered in the Red Sea. North of Hurghada, the Red Sea splits into two arms: the Gulf of Aqaba and the Gulf of Suez. The Strait of Gubal serves as the entrance to the Gulf of Suez. Since the opening of the Suez Canal, this area has been heavily trafficked. Because of the many reefs and islands, the Strait of Gubal is considered tricky to navigate.
North & Tiran
Just like the North and Wreck liveaboard tours, you'll visit the fascinating wrecks and reefs in the north here. The untouched coral reefs of Tiran are the absolute highlight. Tiran is located at the entrance to the Gulf of Aqaba and consists of four main reefs that form the tip of an underwater bridge to the mainland.
North & Brothers
Get ready to be amazed by the wrecks in the North and the Brother Islands!
This has already spelled disaster for many ships.
Who hasn't heard of the 4 wrecks of Abu Nuhas, or the Rosalie Moller and Thistlegorm?
Brother Island
Brothers – the islands, a true icon for every diver. These two islands, exposed right in the middle of the Red Sea, are among the best and most challenging dive sites in the Red Sea. Strong currents here create fantastic flora and fauna. Encounters with sharks and large fish are common here.
Brother & Elphinstone
The Brothers – these two islands are legendary for every diver! Exposed right in the middle of the Red Sea, they're among the best and most challenging dive sites in the Red Sea. Super strong currents create fantastic flora and fauna here. Encounters with sharks and large fish are a daily occurrence. It's truly one of the best liveaboard trips in the Red Sea.
This route, which includes Elphinstone, offers a great chance to spot an oceanic whitetip shark, especially if your trip starts or ends in Port Ghalib.
Daedalus & Fury Shoal
Daedalus is an isolated reef in the open sea, located almost halfway to Saudi Arabia. It's guarded by a lighthouse, which is the only marker on the horizon for many kilometers in every direction. The reef has steep walls, and the east, north, and south sides are perfect for experienced divers. There's a great possibility to see schools of hammerhead sharks in the northeast here!
Brothers, Daedalus & Elphinstone
Explore three of the most beautiful dive sites in the Red Sea. A great all-around trip for divers with a bit more experience. There's so much to see, you'll be spoiled for choice! This liveaboard offers challenging dives, huge drop-offs, beautiful coral walls, and lots of big fish. Liveaboards to Brother Islands, Daedalus & Elphinstone are a must for all hardcore Red Sea divers!
